These wild bees are a selection of the almost 600 species of wild bees that occur in Germany; worldwide there are up to 20,000 species.

With the poster “Our Bees”, we want to inform people about wild bees and help them discover these species in the garden and in nature and get them excited about the diversity in the wild bee kingdom. Other aims of the poster are to increase people’s knowledge about wild bees and to improve their knowledge of species beyond honey bees.

The poster is available for schools and teachers, pupils, state media centres, environmental foundations, natural history museums, garden and bee lovers – in other words, for everyone – at cost price.
